Pat Allanson (Gershon) is on her way to getting what she wants. She just married one of the most eligible bachelors in town, even though he is several years younger than she is. Tom (Ryan McPartlin) is bewitched by this woman, but his wealthy parents see right through her and refuse to have any part of their lives. But Pat is willing to bide her time until her in-laws die in order to inherit their wealth.
In the meantime, she is living the life she loves. Pat talks her husband into buying a big estate, even though they cannot afford it, and living the high life. She insists Tom’s grandparents move in with them so she can take care of them. But Pat has ulterior motives.
Pat Allanson Uses Her Southern Charm for Evil Intent
While she is having the time of her life, and keeping her husband wrapped around her finger, Tom is falling into financial ruin. But Pat keeps up appearances and insists Tom does the same. She wants to be one of the elite members of high society in the South, and nothing is going to stop her from getting what she wants.
Realizing that Tom’s inheritance is in jeopardy, Pat schemes to get money from them by pitting Tom against his father (Victor Garber) and putting his mother in the middle.
Pat is a manipulative, scheming, self-centered sociopath with one thing on her mind. She wants to live the high life with money to spare and doesn’t care who she hurts in order to attain her dreams.
All the manipulations lead to murder and a trial. In the meantime, Pat’s sister Rachel (Rachel Blanchard) is slowly realizing how dangerous Pat is. She stands by her sister until she is certain her own life is in danger.
And Pat’s grown daughter soon becomes involved Pat’s manipulations. She is drawn into the web of danger and murder and quickly becomes part of her mother’s schemes.

Everything She Ever Wanted is based on a true story about a Southern couple whose marriage spirals into a tragic ending fueled by greed and ultimately violence and murder. From Ann Rule’s best-selling book, this is a two-part miniseries. After all, it’s too difficult to fit all that manipulation into one night.
Pat’s Southern charm and flair for using people to her personal advantage is played out beautifully by Gina Gershon who plays the role to perfection. She is definitely a character who will infuriate viewers.
Part one of Everything She Ever Wanted premiers on November 14,2009 and part two premiers November 15, 2009, both at 8 PM ET/9 PM PT on Lifetime Movie Network.
